Reach homeowners at the right moment
People don't read about AC problems for fun. They find our guides when the AC stops cooling, the air handler is leaking, or the system is getting old and a decision is coming. That's the moment right before they call someone. Your company is there when it counts: on the homepage, in the directory, and beside every guide.
Built for local search, one county at a time
Most HVAC advertising competes for the same paid ads at the top of the search results. We don't try to compete with that. The Flagler HVAC Guide is built around a single county, with guides written for the questions Flagler County homeowners actually search for, like what to do when the AC stops cooling or how to prepare for hurricane season. Your listing appears alongside that local, helpful content, where homeowners are looking for answers.
That focus is also why we grow one region at a time. Flagler County comes first, with nearby counties next.
What your listing includes

- Your logo, or one of our ready-made logos
- The services you offer, with up to four featured on your card

How it works
-
Reserve your spot. Choose a featured or directory spot and reserve it online. You'll get the best available spot in that tier and see which spot it is before you pay. Spots are filled in order of reservation. Before you pay, you'll enter your business name and Florida contractor license number: each business may hold one spot in the guide.
-
Add your details. After you pay, add your logo, fill in your description, services, service areas and highlights, and choose which services to feature on your card.
-
Go live. Your listing appears in the guide right away, and you'll receive quarterly reports showing how homeowners are engaging with it.
Simple, fair terms
- Your first-term rate is guaranteed for your first three 12-month terms, as long as you renew each term without interruption.
- Keep your spot as long as you renew on time. When a sponsor ahead of you in the same tier leaves, you move up automatically.
- Featured openings are offered to directory sponsors first, in order. If you accept, you pay the difference between the tiers, prorated for the rest of your term, and your renewal date stays the same.
- No automatic charges. We never store your card or charge you automatically. Your sponsorship renews only when you renew it, so please keep it current. We'll send several reminders before your renewal date, and you'll have a 10-day grace period afterward before your spot is released. After that, renewing may be treated as a new sponsorship at the current rate, if a spot is available.
Reporting
You'll receive quarterly reports showing how homeowners interacted with your listing, such as profile views, website clicks and phone number views. In Phase 2, sponsors will be able to log in and see their stats anytime.
More guides are coming
We're planning guides for more Northeast Florida counties. Flagler sponsors get first notice when new county guides launch.
Who we are
The Flagler HVAC Guide is created and maintained by Barrett Concepts, a Palm Coast-based local marketing and web development company with more than 25 years of experience helping local businesses and their customers find each other online. Frequently asked questions
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes. If you're not satisfied with your first term for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days after your term begins. If you reserve before the public launch, your term begins on the launch date. Just contact us through the form below or by phone. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the guarantee applies to your first term, not renewals. Read the guarantee in the Sponsor Terms.
- Do you rank or review companies?
- No. We don't rank, review or endorse companies. Sponsors pay for placement, and we're clear about that with visitors. Our guides are written independently of our sponsors.
- Can I choose which spot I get?
- Spots are filled in order of reservation, so you can't pick a particular spot. When you reserve, you'll get the best available spot in the tier you choose, and you'll see which spot it is before you pay.
- Can my business have more than one spot?
- No. Each business may hold one spot in the guide, so we ask for your business name and Florida contractor license number before you pay. Please double-check them: they can't be changed after payment without a correction request. A directory sponsor who moves up to a featured spot keeps the same business details.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe. To keep costs down, we don't accept checks or bank transfers. We never save your card and never charge you automatically.
- What happens if I don't renew?
- Your spot stays reserved during a 10-day grace period after your renewal date. After that, it may be offered to another business, and renewing later may be treated as a new sponsorship at the current rate, if a spot is available.
- Can I update my listing later?
- Yes, anytime. You can update your description, services, service areas, highlights, phone, website or logo, and changes go live right away. Your business name and license number can only be changed by request, using the correction link on your listing form.
- How do I update my listing?
- Click "Sponsor sign-in" at the bottom of any page, or "Update your listing" near the top of this page. Enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll email you a sign-in link. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes. Once you're signed in, you can make changes for up to 7 days. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us and we'll help.
- Do you guarantee leads?
- We don't guarantee a number of calls. We provide quarterly reporting so you can see how homeowners are engaging with your listing.
